Today was an In-Person meeting at Cedar Crest College starting at 7:30 A.M. There were 30 of us present plus 3 more on line.
Our Greeter was Lisa Walton. Mitch Huston handled registration. Herb Klotz handled prizes and Happy Dollars.

DG Diane Donaher, Bethlehem RC; and Ed Micca, Gail’s husband.
OPENING:
Pres. Gail Micca opened the meeting at 7:30 A.M.
Chuck Ehninger gave an inspiring invocation, and compared Gail to Mother Teresa.
Ron Coleman led us in the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag.
Diane Donaher led us in reciting the Four Way Test, and added “Is it Fun?”

Bianca Rivera and Patty Mulqueen got “Women in Rotary” pins.
Earnie Bliss received his “Armed Forces” Pin (transferred from another club).
A Farewell dinner for Samuel, our great exchange student is set for Friday evening, June 30, at 6pm at Capo’s Restaurant in Emmaus. Please call or email Sue Weber if attending. Everyone is responsible for their dinner.

August will be our annual Picnic and it will be held at Gwenn & Gary’s home on August 12 or 13, depending on the Weather.

The next Snack Packing event at Parkland is in September.
The NWL Snack Packing date is in September.
KINGDOM LIFE FOOD DISTRIBUTION:

Each time we start at 7:30 A.M. and usually are finished by 9:30 A.M. Volunteers are needed. The June delay is due to lack of volunteers.
Come and help next time.
PARKLAND C.A.R.E.S. PRODUCE DELIVERY:
The Pantry will hold its food distributions on the first Saturday of each month for all of 2023.
Three volunteers are needed each time.
Food collections for Parkland C.A.R.E.S. will be held the third Wednesday of each month at the Pantry on Kernsville Road.
MEALS ON WHEELS:
Meal delivery by AW Rotarians takes place twice each week. Helen Papathanasiou always needs substitute volunteers.
MEETING SCHEDULE:
The second and fourth Wednesday of each month are In-Person meetings at Cedar Crest College.
The first Wednesday of each month will be a Dining Out meeting, or equal. It might not be on a Wednesday.
The third Wednesday of each month will be reserved for AWRC committee meetings to which everyone is welcome.
FUTURE TOURS, ETC.:
All members are asked to make suggestions to Gail Micca about other tours, Dining Out events, etc. for future meetings.
NEXT MORNING MEETING IN-PERSON:

The program will be an AWRC Assembly.
PROGRAM:
Pres. Gail Micca presented the 2022-23 Year in Review. Her slides were full of pictures. She thanked many members for their special services during the year. She reviewed the many fundraisers and the many projects conducted during last year.
Herb Klotz and Gail Micca presented Awards & Recognition notes.
The ‘Rotarian of the year” was awarded to Peter Wohlsen for his great work creating brochures, and upgrading our website.
Paul Harris Fellow awards went to:

Ernie Boll PHF +7
The ceremonial “Passing of the Gavel” and Installation of the Presidential team of Gwenn, Gary and Herb and the new Board of Directors was done with DG Diane Donaher.
PRIZES:
The door prize donated by Lisa Walton was won by Peter Wohlsen.
The 50:50 prize of $15 was won by Sue Weber.
HAPPY DOLLARS:
Lisa Walton was happy for her PHF.
Laurie Grube is happy for her granddaughter’s first step.
