President Elect Chris Blechschmidt called today's meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.
Marlene Heller gave the week's reflection, focusing on what it means to be a Rotarian.

Caroline Chedrawi, who has a daughter in Parkland High School, is interested in service projects she can do with her daughter. She said she learned a lot at today's meeting and is excited by the possibilities open to her family through Rotary.
PROGRAM
Katie Kresge of Cedar Crest College presented a short program about Mayfair Festival of the Arts at Cedar Crest College, now called Mayfair at Cedar Crest College.
The Arts Festival, which has a long history, started being held at this location six years ago, after going silent for a couple of years.
Katie gave us an overview of the festival, then told us what her greatest need is, and why she came to speak with us: Volunteers, to work in the days leading up to the Festival and during the Festival as well.
ROTARIAN OF THE MONTH
Michelle Steiner is the Rotarian of the Month. Michelle has been working on two Iron Pigs events for the benefit of the club. At one, we will be attending the. game, at the other we will be staffing it.
MEMBERSHIP MOMENT:
Herb gave the membership moment today. He said the membership committee looked at the classifications of our club members and discerned that we could use more accounts and attorneys. "We could also use someone in sales," he added.
HAPPY DOLLARS
Happy dollars were not collected today.
CLUB BUSINESS
The new AWRC Impact Club had its Charter Event on Tuesday, Jan. 16 at Bru Daddy's in Allentown. Although the weather did keep some people away, we were able to celebrate this new addition to our club and membership. We welcome all the new members and congratulate them on the service projects they have already done and those they plan to do! SNACK PACKING:
The NWL snack packing takes place each month on the 3rd Wednesday from 2-2:35.
KINGDOM LIFE FOOD DISTRIBUTION:
Much help is still needed. There are many more people needing supplementary food than before the pandemic, and the setup work takes many hands. Please come out if you can help.

PARKLAND C.A.R.E.S. PRODUCE DELIVERY:
The Pantry holds its food distributions on the first Saturday of each month. Three volunteers are needed each time. Food collections for Parkland C.A.R.E.S. are held the third Wednesday of each month at the Pantry on Kernsville Road.
MEALS ON WHEELS:
Meal delivery by AW Rotarians takes place on the second and third Tuesday of each month. Helen Papathanasiou always needs substitute volunteers.

Marty Helman, Rotary Foundation Trustee, will speak on the history of Rotary's work for Peace, and give an update on the Rotary Peace Centers, including our newest center in the Middle East, and will also discuss continued expansion plans. She will be speaking via Zoom to the Allentown West Rotary Club, held at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, on January 24. Rotarians and guests from District 7430 are all welcome to share this unique opportunity to attend, either in person or via Zoom. The program will begin at 7:45 a.m. RSVPs are required.
